Network Chiropractic New Patient Information

~ We invite New Patients to attend our Introductory Talk:
“A Happy Spine is... Happiness ~ Introduction to Network Spinal Analysis”. They are presented each month and last approximately 1 hour.
You will learn about Network Spinal Analysis, stress, how to cope more efficiently, and how we can help you be more happy.
You will also see a demonstration of a regular visit, and hear from regular patients how Network care has changed their lives.
Attending one of these introduction sessions reduces the fee of your first visit by 30%. |
Other New Patient Information
~You do not need a medical referral to become a new patient.
~Chiropractic is covered by most health insurance plans. Check with your insurance company regarding your individual coverage and policy requirements.
~ We are able to bill directly with some insurance companies.
~ We take cash, cheques, debit, VISA and MC
~ Please ensure your New Patient forms (see link below) are completed prior to your visit and bring them with you. If you are having difficulty printing them, please call our office.

Network Chiropractic New Patient Forms

Your Initial Visit (New Patient Visit)

On this first visit, we will:
- Review with you your completed New Patient forms, and thoroughly go over your health history and your concerns
- Do a chiropractic examination of your spine &/or extremities
- Explain to you how we would address your situation.
- The first visit is approximately 35-45min
Your second visit is called a Report of Findings

On this visit, we will:
- Review your findings from the initial New Patient Visit
- Provide you with a package of those findings plus a package of information for you to take home
- We will discuss how will address your case
- Give you home exercises, or other home therapy to do
- Discuss the treatment plan that would best suit your needs (# of visits, duration, supplements…)
At this point, we will determine what best supports you on your path to well~being.
